Marta Vaca
Marta brings 18 years of dedicated experience in corporate governance, strategy and sustainability. For the past 12 years, she has led Delphi Consulting & Advisory, advising more than 175 companies across Mexico, Latin America, the United States, and Europe.
She designs and implements highly tailored governance and sustainability architectures at the strategic, operational, and communications levels. Her work is particularly distinguished in complex family-owned enterprises, where she operates at the highest decision-making levels, partnering closely with shareholders, boards of directors, and senior executives to strengthen institutional frameworks and long-term value creation.
Marta serves as an independent director of two companies listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange and as a board member of a private organization. She also serves as Corporate Governance and Sustainability Officer for Latin America at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), contributes as a researcher to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of Mexico’s Business Coordinating Council (CCE), where she chairs the International and Best Practices Subcommittee.
Her work has been recognized by Hermes Fund Managers and the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). She has lectured at Yale University, co-authored two corporate governance publications with the World Bank, and has represented Mexico at the OECD Latin American Corporate Governance Roundtables since 2008. Her years living in London further strengthened her comparative perspective on global governance frameworks, regulatory evolution, and emerging best practices.
Marta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad Anáhuac (Mexico) and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK). She will be an MIT graduate soon. And she is an invited lecturer in graduate and executive education programs, where she teaches corporate governance and sustainability with a rigorous, critical, and forward-looking approach.

Rodrigo Rébora
Rodrigo Rébora has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Delphi Consulting & Advisory since 2014. He holds a Law degree and brings extensive expertise in tax and labor law, which has provided a strong technical foundation for his strategic advisory career.
Under his leadership, Delphi has advised dozens of companies across more than 15 countries and three continents. Since joining the firm, he has significantly expanded its national footprint and attracted high-profile, complex engagements that have strengthened Delphi’s market positioning as a premier governance and sustainability advisory boutique.
Rodrigo has built a distinguished career as an environmental specialist and sustainability consultant to both publicly listed and privately held family enterprises. His sector experience spans energy, financial services, food and beverage, construction, agribusiness, and telecommunications. He is particularly recognized for designing and delivering high-level training programs for Boards of Directors and senior executive teams.
A committed advocate of sustainability and sound corporate governance practices in Mexico, Rodrigo is among the few Mexican professionals actively engaged in ESG initiatives within the investment sphere. His work bridges regulatory, environmental, and governance disciplines, enabling companies to align risk management, compliance, and long-term value creation strategies.
He has completed advanced programs in governance and environmental policy at the University of Oxford, New York University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Additionally, he holds executive diplomas in Corporate Social Responsibility from Babson College, Penn State University, and the Université catholique de Louvain, as well as specialized studies in family business from the University of British Columbia.
